Scientific Projects:

The department’s academic staff are participants in the research project “Economic and Legal Foundations for the Innovative Development of the Maritime Sector” (registration number 0123U102043, 2023–2025). Scientific supervisor: T.A. Stovba; responsible executor: I.M. Panchenko.

During the current research phase, the department’s scholars are exploring innovative development strategies aimed at ensuring the economic, legal, and social security of maritime transport. The goal is to enhance the competitiveness of shipping companies, port infrastructure, and the educational process in the context of the BANI world (an acronym for Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible).
