Associate Professor, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Deputy Head of Department for Scientific Work
Graduated from Kharkov State University named after A.M. Gorkyi in 1971, specialty – Solid State Physics, qualification – Engineer-Physicist.
In 1980, at Moscow Institute of Physics of Metals and Metallurgy, he defended his thesis for PhD in Physics and Mathematics degree on the topic Study of patterns of two-phase regions formation in the process of internal oxidation. Specialty 01.04.07. Solid State Physics.
He worked at Elektromash, Institute of Metals (Kharkov) as senior researcher, head of laboratory, head of department.
Since 1991, Associate Professor of Kherson National Technical University.
1996 – Associate Professor of Department of Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling.
Since 2017 he has been working at KSMA Navigation department. Teaches disciplines Marine Astronomy, Astronomical Methods of Navigation.
Teaching experience in higher educational institutions – 30 years.
Over the years of scientific and pedagogical work, he has published more than 160 scientific articles published in journals included in the list of professional publications in Ukraine and publications in collections of more than 40 international conferences.
Research interests: diffuse processes of internal oxidation in multicomponent systems, mathematical modeling of processes in complex technical, physical and social systems, problems of nautical astronomy. He invented a way to calculate latitude by equatorial coordinates and height of one star.
