Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Navigation (part-time).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1999, he graduated from Kherson State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physics and Informatics<\/em>.
In 2001, he completed studies at Kherson Maritime College in Navigation and Ship Power Engineering<\/em> and obtained a Bachelor\u2019s qualification in Navigation.
In 2009, he graduated from Kherson State Maritime Institute with a degree in Navigation<\/em>, earning the qualification of Navigation Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2007, he has held the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty Theory and Methods of Teaching (Physics)<\/em>, and since 2014 has served as Associate Professor of the Department of Navigation, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, he defended his doctoral dissertation on \u201cTheoretical and Methodological Foundations of Teaching Physics to Future Specialists of Maritime and River Transport\u201d<\/em> at the Specialized Academic Council D 26.053.06 of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, specialty 13.00.02 Theory and Methods of Teaching (Physics)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He began his professional career in September 1999 as a physics lecturer at Kherson Maritime College. From 2002 to 2007, he worked as Deputy Head of the Navigation Specialty for Academic Affairs, Head of the Shipbuilding Department, and Head of the Navigation Department of Kherson Maritime College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2001\u20132002, he undertook practical training as part of the deck crew of merchant fleet vessels of the shipping company Niesko<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2007, he has worked at Kherson State Maritime Institute, initially as Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences, also serving as Acting Head of the same department. From 2008 to 2011, he was Dean of the Faculty of Navigation and Ship Power Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 2011 to 2018, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Navigation at Kherson State Maritime Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2009, he has been a member and active participant in the Subcommittee on Maritime and River Transport of the Scientific and Methodological Commission on Transport and Transport Infrastructure of the Scientific and Methodological Council on Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2016, he has been a member of the Scientific and Methodological Commission on Transport and Services (Subcommittee 276 \u201cTransport\u201d) of the Higher Education Sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, according to Order No. 375 of April 6, 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a co-author of industry standards for the specialties Navigation<\/em> (Junior Specialist level) and River and Maritime Transport<\/em> (Bachelor\u2019s degree).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has published more than 60 scientific and methodological works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has twice been awarded Honorary Diplomas by the Inspectorate for Training and Certification of Seafarers (2009 and 2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since April 2018, he has held the position of Rector of Kherson State Maritime Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
