In September 2022, Ukraine signed an agreement on participation in the EU Digital Europe Programme (2021-2027). The project is aimed at promoting the implementation of digital solutions in all fields of the country&#8217;s economy and public life with focus on the following areas: &#8211; artificial intelligence, data and cloud services; &#8211; high-performance computing; &#8211; advanced digital skills; &#8211; widespread use of digital technologies in economy and society. The event was attended by over 100 people representing different regions of Ukraine. This cycle is designed so that training is directly synchronised with the current policies and needs of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MES): from modernising the network of higher education institutions (HEIs) and strengthening managerial capacity to student-centred approaches, the development of dual education, and transparent financing under the updated funding formula.
