Dear graduates of KSMA and MС KSMA!
According to the Regulations on the commanders ranks of ships and the procedure for their assignment, approved by the order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine № 567 of 7.08.2013 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1466-13 ), graduates of educational institutions have the right to confirm the competence and assign the first rank of the team free of charge during the certification at a joint meeting of the examination commission of Kherson State Maritime Academy and the State Qualification Commission (SQC) of Training and Certification of Seafarers Inspection in compliance with the requirements for sailing experience and mandatory documents.

If you have the required sea-going practice and a full set of documents, according to the list, cadets must send scanned documents to the e-mail below:

The cadet must submit the originals of the Seagoing Service Record Book and the Trainee’s Record Book to the Practice Department for verification.
The full set of documents for the high position of crew on the ships is accepted until 16.06.2021
These e-mails that will be properly executed with the full package of necessary documents will be accepted.
