Provision of public information by Kherson State Maritime Academy is carried out in response to an information request in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”. Form for submitting a request for public information from an individual, legal entity, citizens’ associations is a request form. Procedure for appealing against decisions of the information manager or inaction According to the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, a response to an information request must be provided no later than five working days from the date of receipt of the request. If the request concerns the provision of a large amount of information or requires the search for information among a significant amount of data, the period of consideration of the request may be extended to 20 working days with justification for such extension. Pursuant to Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, decisions, actions or omissions of information managers may be appealed to the head of the administrator, a higher body or a court. Appeals against decisions, actions or omissions of information managers to the court are carried out in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.
