Born on October 23, 1973, in Ukraine, Kherson.
Education: higher.
1995 – Kherson State Pedagogical Institute named after N.K.Krupska as teacher of mathematics, computer science and computing machinery;
2000 – Kherson Maritime College, navigator;
2009 – Kherson State Maritime Institute, specialist of navigation.
Professional activity:
1995-1997– teacher of mathematics and computer science at Kherson secondary school № 42 of I-III levels.
1997- 1998 – deputy director for discipline at Kherson secondary school № 42 of I-III levels.
1998- 1999 – teacher of mathematics and computer science at Kherson secondary school № 42 of I-III levels.
September 1, 1999- 2003 – Head of Preparatory Center of Kherson Maritime College.
2003-2016 – Director of Professional Maritime Lyceum of Kherson State Maritime Academy.
2016 till present – Head of Maritime College.
