Education: higher. Kherson Industrial Institute, Faculty of Cybernetics, diploma of specialist of computer sciences – 1996; PhD in Technical Sciences – 2001; Associate Professor – 2004; Professor – 2020. Kherson State Maritime Academy, diploma of specialist of navigation – 2011.

September 1997-June 2001 – Assistant of Cybernetics Department of Kherson State Technical University;
September 2001-September 2004 – Associate Professor of Cybernetics Department of Kherson State Technical University;
September 2004-September 2007 – Vice-Rector for Research of Kherson Maritime Institute;
September 2007-September 2011 – Vice-Rector for Research of Kherson State Maritime Institute;
From September 2011 till present time – Vice-Rector for Research of Kherson State Maritime Academy (KSMA).

The organizer of scientific activity of KSMA. Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committees of more than 20 scientific conferences held by KSMA.
Scientific supervisor of talented students that regularly publish scientific articles and participate in scientific conferences. Usually some of the mentioned students get prize places, awards and diplomas as a result of scientific competitions.
Co-author of the Ukrainian temporal educational standard in specialty «Navigation».

Has 121 publications, 104 of which have scientific direction and 17 – methodological one (including 2 educational tutorials approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and 3 educational tutorials approved by KSMA), 8 invention patents and author certificates. Honorary certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science for longstanding diligent work and personal contribution to the training of highly skilled professionals. Certificate of Merit of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Honorary badge “Excellence in Education” of the Ministry of Education and Science.
