Dr., Associate Professor, Professor of the Department

  In 1974 he graduated from the Kherson branch of the Odessa Technological Institute of Food Industry (KhFOTIHP). M.V. Lomonosov on specialty 0501 “Technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting machines and tools” (diploma with honors H № 588458 from 29.07.74).

  He began his career in 1974 at HFOTIHP as an engineer in the research sector (VAT) and worked there until 1984 as a M.Sc., then – S.Sc. VAT. In 1980 he entered, and in 1984 he graduated in absentia from the Department of Metal Cutting Machines and Tools of Odessa Polytechnic Institute.

In 1984 he defended his dissertation at the Tula Polytechnic Institute, Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.03.01 – machining processes, machines and tools (diploma TN № 079107 from 13.03.85).

From 1984 to 1993 worked mn.s. VAT, then a teacher, senior lecturer and associate professor at the Kherson State Pedagogical Institute (certificate of associate professor of labor training DC № 049396 from 29.01.92).

From 1993 to 1996 – PhD student of the department “Metal-cutting machines and tools” of Odessa State Polytechnic University, specialty 05.03.01 – machining processes, machines and tools.

  From 1997 to 2001 he worked as the director of MP “Firm of the World Cup”.

  From 2001 to 2007 he worked as an associate professor of “Mechanical Engineering Technology” at Kherson National Technical University.

  From 2007 he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Ship Power Plants, which in 2009 was renamed the Department of Operation of Ship Power Plants and General Engineering Training of the Kherson State Maritime Academy. In 2014 he was elected a professor of this department, and from 2016 to 2020 – Professor of Transport Technologies of the Kherson State Maritime Academy.

  Main directions of scientific work: metal-cutting machines and tools, computer equipment, quantum physics, non-traditional and hydrowave electric power, means of rescue at sea.

  Under the leadership of V.Nastasenko performed student research papers, which in the period from 2004 to 2018 won 16 prizes and 2 first places in the Republican competitions of NDRS.

He was awarded the badge of honor of the All-Union Society of Trade Unions (USSR), “Winner of the Socialist Competition”, 1980. Awarded the Diploma of the Southern Research Center of the NAS of Ukraine for outstanding achievements in research in 2008 and the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports in 2011, as the head of the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of research and development (№ 666). He was awarded several diplomas of the KSMA leadership, and in 2013 for his contribution to the development of mechanical engineering he was awarded the award of the International Union of Machine Builders.

  He prepared two candidates of technical sciences (V Protsenko and M Babiy), one of whom defended his doctoral dissertation.

  He has made 6 reports and 3 video reports at international conferences. At 2 of these foreign conferences he was co-chair of the scientific section.

During the period of scientific activity he prepared more than 500 publications (among scientific works – more than 70 – on quantum physics): 1 monograph, 16 brochures, more than 200 articles (2 of them are in the Web of Science database), 100 patents for inventions and utility models, more than 200 abstracts at international conferences (Chisinau, Moscow, Sofia, Paris, Berlin, New York, Tokyo, Prague, Vienna, Madrid, London, Chicago, Rome, etc.), 12 scientific articles and more than 20 abstracts reports published in foreign publications.
