He graduated from the Faculty of Naval Architecture of the Higher Naval Engineering School. F.E. Dzerzhinsky (VVMIU named after FE Dzerzhinsky) in 1977, majoring in “Military Shipbuilding”.
He served as an electromechanical warhead (BCh-5) on nuclear submarines of the Kamchatka flotilla of submarines of the Pacific Fleet of the USSR.
He served as the leader of the group – Deputy Chief of the Military Representation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
He worked as a deputy director – head of the department of advanced design of the Kherson State Shipbuilding Plant. Since September 2016 and until now he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Transport Technologies.
More than 25 scientific and methodical works have been published.
