In 1995 he graduated from the Ternopil State Pedagogical Institute, obtained the qualification: teacher of labor education and physics (diploma number – LB VE № 001384).
In 2018 he graduated from the Kherson State Maritime Academy, obtained the following qualifications: educational and qualification level – specialist, specialty – sea and river transport (diploma number С18 №012545).
On May 29, 2001 in the specialized scientific council K 32.075.01 of Lutsk State Technical University he defended his candidate’s dissertation on the specialty 05.02.01 – materials science (DK № 012252). The academic title of associate professor of the Department of Computer Integrated Technologies was awarded by the decision of the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2004 (DC № 009784).
On 25th of October, 2007 in the specialized scientific council D26.230.01 of the Institute of Superhard Materials named after V.M. Bakulya of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine defended his doctoral dissertation on the specialty 05.02.01 – materials science (DD № 006345). The academic title of Professor of the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies was awarded by the decision of the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2011 (12 PR № 006353).
Since 2012, the head of the department of ESEU and ZP. From 2017 to the present day he works as the head of the department of Department of Technical Mechanics, Engineering and Computer Graphics
Passed internship: 2016 – internship at the University of Varna, Bulgaria (Certificate № 00020 Academic internship “Innovative logistics of transport technology” (60 hours, 2 credits) September 24 – October 1 2016); 2018 – internship at the plant Zhuji Lingbei Huafu (People’s Republic of China) Zhejiang ASME information technology company of 120 hours (4 credits) on the topic “Operation and repair of transportation technologies, materiel science” (“Operation and repair of vehicles, materials science” ).

At the special invitation of the Analytical Center of Weihai Province (People’s Republic of China), he serves as a foreign scientific expert in the areas of establishing international relations between China and Ukraine in the field of science, industry and education.
According to the results of scientific research, more than 450 scientific works have been published, including 12 monographs, three textbooks with the MES stamp, 200 articles in foreign and domestic professional journals (35 are included in the Scopus database), 132 patents of Ukraine. Provides scientific guidance to graduate and doctoral students.
