1996 –graduated from Odesa National Maritime Academy with a degree “Navigation on sea routes”, qualification – naval engineer.
Teaches disciplines: “Organization and Regulatory Support of Ship Security”, “Navigation and Pilotage”, “Hydrometeorological Support of Navigation”, “Introduction to Container Securing”.
2016 – completed a course on teaching and assessment methods developed according to IMO courses.
