The first-year students of Kherson State Maritime Academy continue their studies at the Maritime Union Center thanks to the initiative of the MTWTU. Both specialized lectures and practical classes on a virtual reality simulator are held here, which allows cadets to familiarize themselves with work on board a ship. Today, as part of a research project, teachers of the Department of Health and Safety, Professional and Applied Physical Training of Kherson State Maritime Academy conducted a study of psychophysiological indicators during the performance of tasks on virtual hardware. This research is aimed at two key aspects. First, the results will help to develop effective strategies for responding to stressful situations, which is important for decision-making in emergency situations. Secondly, they will help identify systemic human errors during practical exercises and draw conclusions to eliminate them.
