On September 9, 2021, at the water station of Kherson State Maritime Academy, competitions were held in memory of the honorary employee of the Navy, Honored Coach Volodymyr Dzhioev among the cadets of the Academy, the Maritime Professional College of KSMA and students of the KSMA Professional Maritime Lyceum.
The honorary guest of the competition, Volodymyr Dzhioev’s son, Sergey Dzhioev, a graduate of the Maritime College and a long-distance captain, addressed the cadets with words of gratitude for participating in the competition and wishes for productive training and rapid career growth. A cake for the participants was a nice gift from him.
The cadets competed in six disciplines: arm-wrestling, running with a weight, pull-ups, squats with a barbell, jumping rope, and kettlebell lifting.
In jumping rope, the places were distributed as follows:
I place – Sotsenko Daniel K332gr;
II place – Vladyslav Savchuk K132 gr;
III place – Mykyta Kulida K-231 gr. and Dmytro Solovey K132 gr.
The winners and prize-winners in barbell squats were as follows:

III place – Mykyta Bilenkyi 222g.
Weighted running brought the following results:
I place – Vladyslav Savchuk K132 gr;
II place – Vitalii Polishchuk 113 gr. and Vladyslav Bondarenko 113 gr;
III place – Dotsenko Volodymyr K233 gr.

Kettlebell lifting with a push:
