She graduated from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Kherson branch) in 2009, specialty – Enterprise Economy, qualification – Specialist in enterprise economics.
She graduated from Kherson State Maritime Academy in 2014, specialty –Navigation, qualification – Chief Mate, Captain.
Teaches discipline Meteorology and Oceanography.
She has more than 10 years of teaching experience at Kherson State Maritime Academy.
Viktoria Kulinich has 40 scientific and methodological works. She is author / co-author of 13 scientific articles, including 3 international, 6 methodological recommendations and 21 publications in collections of materials of international and all-Ukrainian conferences.
Research interests: safety of navigation, influence of human factor on accident rate of maritime transport.
