In 2023, the Department carried out an individual research topic “Qualimetry and diagnostics of the negative manifestation of the human factor in the process of training and professional activity of navigators”, state registration No. 0123U104977.
To determine the influence of the human factor in the process of training and professional activity of navigators, the analysis of the negative impact of the human factor on the safety of navigation was performed. The psychological component in ergatic systems is determined by an experimental study of the formation of effective interaction “Captain/Pilot” by means of training technologies. The influence of the human factor on decision-making and the interaction of the components of the concept of safety of navigation is determined. A survey was conducted to determine the attitude of cadets to indiscipline. The application of the model of the socio-technical system “Septigon” for navigation safety is presented. The personal qualities of future navigators that influence the performance of professional activities are investigated. The models of identification of negative manifestations of the human factor in ship’s ergatic systems are developed.
