From October 7 to 10, 2026, A. Yu. Yurzhenko, Associate Professor at the Department of English Language in Marine Engineering at Kherson State Maritime Academy (KSMA), participated in the 26th Annual General Assembly of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU AGA 2026), held at the University of Split, Croatia. The event, themed “Human Centered Digital Ocean: Educating Safe & Green Global Maritime Professionals,” brought together representatives of leading maritime universities worldwide.
During the Assembly, participants discussed current trends in maritime education, presented research findings, and exchanged experiences in international cooperation. Joint research by team from KSMA and the Lithuanian Maritime Academy was also presented.
