Three faculty members of the department participated in the professional development program “Modern Educator 4.0: Implementing Flexible Teaching Methods, Digital Ecosystems, and Online and Hybrid Learning Formats” (180 hours / 6 ECTS credits).
The program was organized by the European Association of Innovative Education (Ukraine) in cooperation with the University of Social and Economic Sciences (Poland). The internship took place from January 31 to May 2, 2026.
The internship was aimed at developing the competencies of a new-generation educator, i.e. an Educator 4.0 who organizes the educational process as a comprehensive, managed project with a clear structure and a transparent system for assessing learning outcomes.
The program was based on the POBI methodology, which includes:
P – Personalization of Learning: adapting instruction to different student learning styles and proficiency levels, and creating individualized learning pathways
O – Outcome Assessment: formative assessment, a transparent evaluation system based on Story Points, and continuous feedback
B – Continuity of the Learning Process: modular course design, sprint-based learning, and support of the learning cycle through Notion
I – Interactive Learning: dynamic online and hybrid classes, as well as the use of digital collaboration and engagement tools such as Miro, Mentimeter, and Kahoot.
