Associate Professor of English Language Department for Marine Engineers Alona YURZHENKO took part in the second module of the Training Programme for Academic Managers. Together with KSMA team, she completed the training module “Strategic Management in Times of Uncertainty”, which took place from November 24 to 28, 2025. This is a unique initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It is implemented by the British Council as part of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science and the World Bank ‘Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results’. For four days in Kyiv, at the Mariupol State University, KSMA team worked on updating development strategies, mastered scenario planning methods, approaches to strategic analysis and models of effective communication of management decisions.
