On December 02, 2025 Dr. Iryna SHVETSOVA, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor of English Language Department for Deck Officers at Kherson State Maritime Academy participated in the symposium “Global Sustainability Education: Innovations in Digital & International Teaching,” held at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg), Germany.
As part of the official programme, Iryna SHVETSOVA delivered the presentation “Designing Digital Environments for Foreign Language Communicative Competence Training in Maritime Education.” The report highlighted modern technological solutions for the digitalisation of language training for future deck officers, including interactive digital environments, simulations, and tools aimed at developing professional communicative competence.
Thanks to its active participation in international scientific events, Kherson State Maritime Academy continues to strengthen its reputation as a center of modern and technology-driven education.
