On 2 December 2024, senior teachers of the English Language Department Marine Engineers Iryna AFANASIIEVSKA and Nadiia POHORLETSKA held an online meeting with 10th and 11th-grade students of the Ochakiv Lyceum, the municipal institution of Ochakiv City council, Mykolaiv Region.
During the career-oriented event, the teachers introduced the lyceum students to the specialties and departments at Kherson State Maritime Academy, the benefits of studying at the academy, the institution’s cooperation with international employers, and double diploma projects.
Graduates had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of maritime English and learn about the role of KSMA in training future mariners. The teachers invited the lyceum students to scan the QR code and join the Academy’s Facebook page, allowing them to receive up-to-date information on admission and Open Days.
