Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor

In 1989, he graduated from the Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineering School with a degree in “Ship Power Plants” and received the qualification of a mechanical engineer. After graduation, he served in active military service as the commander of the automation and telemechanics group on a nuclear submarine of the Kamchatka Flotilla of the Submarine Fleet (retired).

From 1994 to 2014, he held managerial positions at industrial and commercial enterprises.

In 2014, he graduated from postgraduate studies with a degree in “Automation of Control Processes” and began working as a teacher of special disciplines at the Kherson Maritime School of the Fishing Industry.

Since 2016, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Operation of Ship Power Plants of the KhSMA.

In 2021, – defended his dissertation in the specialty 05.22.20 – operation and repair of vehicles on the topic “Improvement of methods for operational control of the technical condition of a vehicle under operating conditions” and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Full Vice-Academician of the Academy of Technical Sciences of Ukraine, according to the decision of the President of the NGO “ATNU” Order No. 46 dated May 10, 2022.

Has more than 80 scientific and methodological works, 2 textbooks and 7 works in journals that are included in the Scopus scientometric database, 3 patents for a useful model.

Scientific interests: innovations in ship power engineering, information systems for monitoring the technical condition of a ship.

Teaches the disciplines “Use of technical diagnostics methods during the operation of ship equipment”, “Simulation training”, “Ship boiler plants”, “Technical use of ship technical equipment”.
