In honor of the Day of Physical Training and Sports, on September 13, 2021, Kherson State Maritime Academy held a traditional Olympic lesson with the participation of Mykola Prostorov, Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine in trampoline jumping, holder of the Order of Merit, II degree, participant of the Games of the XXXII Olympics in Tokyo.
The talented athlete spoke about his path to big sport, shared his experience of perceiving victories and defeats, and urged the cadets to cheer for Ukrainian athletes and spare no effort and time for their own physical and intellectual development.
The Olympic lesson was preceded by a meeting between Vasyl Cherniavsky, Rector of the KSMA, and Mykola Prostorov. The head of the academy thanked the athlete for his visit and admitted that he would be happy if Mykola became a student of the KDMA. Vasyl Vasylovych wished the athlete new victories that would strengthen Ukraine’s authority in the international arena. Mykola thanked the Rector of the KSMA for his hospitality and good wishes.
The event was organized by Alina Bogdanova, the head of the KSMA Sports Club.
