Graduated from Kherson Naval School with degree in Radio Engineering, Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute with degree in Radio Engineering, qualification – Radio Engineer. He defended his Ph.D. thesis on topic: Photovoltaic converters of solar energy based on silicon of plant origin.
Has 4 patents, 98 scientific papers.
Academician of Ukrainian Technological Academy (Kiev), Academician of International Academy of Ecology (Berlin).
Research interests: unmanned control of maritime transport.
Teaches disciplines: Modern methods of experimental research and data processing, Electrical navigation equipment, Technical means of navigation.
