He graduated from the National Aerospace University named by N.E. Zhukovsky “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” in 1979, specialty in “Aircraft” and got qualification a mechanical engineer.
Since 1993 – Ph.D. by specialty (05.13.05) “Special purpose systems, information processing and management”
Teaches the discipline “International rules for the prevention of collisions at sea and the use of radar and automatic radar laying in the divergence of ships.” Pedagogical experience in higher educational establishments – 5 years.
Zinchenko Serhiy Mykolayovych is the author / co-author of about 100 closed scientific works and 15 a.s. on the topic of NVO “Hartron”, Kharkiv for the period from 1979 to 1995; while working at the KSMA since 2006 he has published about 20 scientific and methodical works, the author / co-author of 20 scientific articles in journals indexed in scientific metric databases SCOPUS and WoS, 10 articles in collections included in the list of professional publications of Ukraine, 30 publications in abstracts of 15 international conferences on the specialty, 6 patents of Ukraine.
Research interests: automatic control systems for moving objects.
