In 2004 he graduated from Kherson Maritime College with a degree in Navigation. From 2001 he worked at the Kherson Maritime College as a teacher, deputy head of the shipping department, head of the shipping department. Since March 2008 he has been the Head of the Department of Practice, Diplomacy and Employment of the KSMA.
